What should you bring: Bring your business cards and a 1 page fact sheet on your district to leave with your legislators.

This is a great opportunity to talk with legislators about issues of concern to Solid Waste Management Districts and your specific district. This is very informal - a meet and greet opportunity.

You should be sure to contact your local legislators and invite them to attend to visit with you and your colleagues. Also be sure to remind your local legislators (especially the new legislators) who you are, how your district operates, and that you are willing and able to serve as a resource to them.
